The MSME begins its ZED journey by taking the ZED Pledge and committing to the principles of Zero Defect Zero Effect.

The eligible MSME provides the required organizational information and applies for ZED Bronze Certification.

The organization submits the required undertaking and supporting information/evidence.

The submitted information and applicable requirements are reviewed through the prescribed ZED certification process.

Where applicable, identified gaps or non-conformities are addressed within the prescribed process.

Following successful completion of the applicable requirements and verification process, the MSME receives its ZED Bronze Certificate.
