Assessor Empanelment Process

Step 1: Interest Form

Any potential participant who is keen to become a ZED Assessor is highly appreciated and encouraged to proceed. By filling out this interest form, you are expected to dedicate your efforts towards the ZED Certification Scheme and contribute to strengthening quality and compliance among MSMEs. You are also expected to carry out assessment activities with professionalism, integrity, and without hesitation.

Step 2: Talk to RSJ representative

Once you fill out the interest form, you’ll get a telephonic call from RSJ representative, that will be a short interview type conversation in which your background will be checked, and some other basic things will be verified. If you fail in this process, you will not be able to proceed further, and your application will be rejected. If you pass this process, you’ll be asked to proceed with further requirements.

Step 3 : Credential Form Submission

For further process you’ll be asked to share your required legal documents. You need to take care of one thing, your documents will be verified thoroughly, so make sure to share the correct credentials with us. To share your credentials please click on the given link – apply now

Step 4 – Credential review

Once you submit all the required documents, your credentials will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure the legality of the credentials. If everything is right your application will proceed further.

Step 5 – Assessor Code of conduct

COC will also be shared along with the learning modules, it needs to be read and shared to us the signed copy.

Step 6 – Assessor training Registration

QCI 5-day Assessor training Registration, kindly fill link below for the ZED assessor Registration form to attend the QCI five-day facilitator training.

 After filling out the form, once you get the approval mail from the ZED admin, you need to book the slot to allot a date to attend the 5-day training.

QCI 5-day Assessor training:  You must join the meeting credentials provided in mail for the assessor training and once the training completes, you must give examination for assessor.

Step 7 – ZED Assessor Association Request

After passing the exam, please upload your ZED assessor certificate using the link below to begin your work officially.

1. ECOC– Please read the Ethical Code of Conduct (ECOC) carefully before proceeding. As an assessor, you are required to maintain integrity, impartiality, and confidentiality in all assessment activities. You must avoid any conflict of interest and refrain from unethical practices. Ensure that your conduct upholds the credibility of the ZED Certification Scheme. The assessor is required to read, understand, and sign the Ethical Code of Conduct (ECOC

2. Compliance program – Please read the Compliance Program carefully before proceeding. As an assessor, you are required to follow all applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulatory requirements. You must submit accurate and timely reports and participate in required trainings and evaluations. You are also expected to cooperate with audits and reviews. The assessor is required to read, understand, and sign the compliance program.

3. Empanelled letter and Invoice Format – The empanelment is subject to adherence to all applicable guidelines, terms, and conditions of the scheme. The assessor is expected to maintain professional conduct and perform assessment activities as per defined standards.
