If you’re here, you’re likely interested in knowing “how to become a ZED Facilitator” and understanding the necessary process. To get started, follow these steps:

1. Fill out the Interest form

Any potential participant who is keen to become the ZED facilitator is only truly appreciable and welcomed to go ahead. If you’re filling out this interest form, you’re supposed to give your effort towards this certification scheme and you’re also supposed to go further to support the MSMEs to get the certification without any hesitation and second thought.

2. Speak with RSJ representative

Once you fill out the interest form, you’ll get a telephonic call from RSJ representative, that will be a short interview type conversation in which your background will be checked, and some other basic things will be verified. If you fail in this process, you will not be able to proceed further, and your application will be rejected. If you pass this process, you’ll be asked to proceed with further requirements.

3. Credential Submission

For further process you’ll be asked to share your required legal documents. You need to take care of one thing, your documents will be verified thoroughly, so make sure to share the correct credentials with us. To share your credentials please click on the given link: Credential Submission Link

4. Credential Review

Once you submit all the required documents, your credentials will be reviewed thoroughly to ensure the legality of the credentials. If everything is right your application will proceed further and you’ll be added with us in a WhatsApp group for conversation and information sharing.

5. Learning module

In the next step, some learning modules will be shared with you to know more about MSME Sustainable ZED Certification Scheme. It’s important to understand what ZED is and what are all the things in it, so that you can work effectively with the MSMEs during the ZED document upload process. This learning will help you to pass the RSJ internal test that will come in the upcoming steps.

6. RPP Code of Conduct

RPP COC will also be shared with the learning modules, it needs to be read and shared to us the signed copy.

7. RSJ Evaluation Test

Once you go through the learning contents you’ll be provided a test link for internal evaluation. You need to attend that test within a given time frame. The minimum required score to be qualified is 80%. If you fail to get that you’ll be asked to take a retest. And if you pass it, you’ll be proceeded for the next steps.

8. QCI One day Facilitator Training

Once you pass the RSJ evaluation test, you’ll be shared a link for the ZED Facilitator Registration form to attend the QCI one day facilitator training. After filling out the form, once you get the approval mail from the ZED admin, you need to book the slot to allot a date to attend the training. When the training is completed, you’ll be asked to give a test on the same day. The minimum score to qualify for the test is 80%. If you fail the test your application will be rejected, and you’ll be asked to repeat the process from the ZED Facilitator Registration form. If you pass the test, you’ll be asked for further steps.
*You only have 3 attempts to pass the exam. If you fail, you cannot become a ZED Facilitator. *

9. ZED Facilitator Association Request

After passing the exam, please upload your ZED Facilitator certificate using the link below to begin your work officially.

10. Sign Off the Tripartite Service

For the further process, you’ll be asked to submit the signed copy of the agreement form.

11. Officially Start as RSJ ZED Facilitator

After the completion of the above-mentioned steps, you’ll be able to start the work as RSJ ZED facilitator.

12. Pilot Execution

Once you get the ZED facilitator certificate after the successful completion of the training and test, you need to submit your certificate to RSJ. Now it’s time to start working for what you’ve done all things to reach here. For that you can interact with MSMEs through awareness programs and direct reaching to them to make them aware about ZED. Once you make them aware of ZED start the work for document upload. You need to get a minimum of 10 successful orders within a month.

13. Feedback

After completing 10 successful orders, you will get feedback based on your work and your ability to execute it with a high level of quality and integrity.

14. Continuous Monitoring

For your kind information, your work execution will be monitored regularly to check your work quality. During the monitoring if you’ll be found doing some malpractice or compromising the work quality, you can be suspended or blacklisted.
