How to upload documents

Step 1: Download the ZED MSME from the Play Store / App Store.

Step 2: Login with ZED credentials that MSME already received on their Email ID during registration process (to know about the ZED credentials, please refer to the guidance video below).

Step 3: Select the preferred level of certification (Bronze, Silver and Gold).

Step 4: Complete the fee payment process for the selected level of certification. 
Please watch the payment guidance video before making the payment to avoid any errors. 
Note: Registration and payment can be done through Mobile or Laptop.

Step 5: Start the process for “Basic information and document upload”.
After payment, click on “Basic Information and Document Upload” to begin. 

Step 6: Complete filling in the basic information of the MSME (Unit representative selfie, Site exterior photo, product details etc.).

Step 7: Fill out the basic ESG details of the MSME.

Step 8: Upload all the documents related to bronze/silver/gold parameters (Leadership, Swachh workplace, Occupational Safety, Timely delivery, Quality Management) 

Step 9: Fill ZED facilitator details.
Important – Before Final Submission 

  • When the system asks, “Are you facilitated by ZED Facilitator?” — select YES
    Enter Facilitator Details: 
    ZED Facilitator ID: [email protected]  
    Mobile Number: XXXXXX6710 
  • Upload a selfie taken at the live location of your unit (You can take a selfie of blank wall at your unit location (only for silver gold) 

Step 10: Click on the ‘I confirm’ box and do Final Submit.
